Sample Submission

Sample submission forms and the logbook are kept on the table just inside the door to room PS123. To have a sample run, log it on to the logbook, noting the log number and the date of submission. Please note that there may be some prior work required of you before certain requests can be honored.

Samples may be left on the table in the boxes provided, in the refrigerator in Room 145, or in the researcher’s lab. Please indicate on the form where the sample is and a phone number to call for a sample that stored is in the lab. All unused samples and containers will be returned to the researcher and should be retrieved. The lab will not be held responsible for disposal of unused samples and containers. If a sample is left in the refrigerator any sample remaining after the mass analysis will be returned there for retrieval by the researcher. In the case of extreme air or other environmental sensitivity please consult for special arrangements.
